Lake Placid Bed and Breakfasts 


Bed and Breakfasts Lake Placid are wonderful places to stay at during your vacations in the Adirondacks. I really enjoy staying at them. The atmosphere in Bed and Breakfasts Lake Placid are very home-like and relaxing.

The host and hostess are usually friendly, helpful and accommodating . They do want you to enjoy your stay. Also, they are glad to tell you about the different fun things to do in the village .

Usually the host and hostess at a B & B Lake Placid are good cooks so you are bound to get a very tasty and filling breakfast. At breakfast you may have pancakes, waffles, eggs, cereal, fruit, some type of meat, juice, tea or coffee and/or some other tasty treats.

If you have any dietary restrictions, than please be sure to let them know ahead of time. They will be glad to accommodate you.

The homes are neat, clean and well furnished. The bedrooms are very comfortable and can have simple accommodations to plush depending on which one of the Bed and Breakfasts Lake Placid you are staying at during your vacation. Some Adirondacks Bed and Breakfasts offer a variety of rooms that meet different budgets. In some rooms, you have your own bathroom and for other guest rooms the bathrooms are shared.

After having a nice rest and a great breakfast in one of the Bed and Breakfasts Lake Placid you may want to go into town for shopping, site seeing or dining at one of the local restaurants in beautiful Essex County.

Before you go out, you may want to check out the weather in Lake Placid.

Enjoy hiking, boating, biking, fly fishing here in the warmer months. If you go south from Lake Placid you can visit the beautiful village of Lake George. They have some fine Lake George bed and breakfasts with fine accommodations. Nearby is the little town of Warrensburg, NY in Warren County. Here you will find some quality Warrensburg bed and breakfasts.
