Museum of Modern Art

The MUSEUM OF Modern Art, also known as MOMA is a wonderful Art museum to visit in the Big Apple or New York City.

I was astonished in July 2007 when I visited the MOMA. Their galleries had so many famous art prints painted from equally famous artists.

One gallery had a Monet, another one had a Pollock image and still another gallery had a Vincent Van Gogh painting.

One thing they allowed that was wonderful was they let visitors take pictures of the artwork but flash could not be used since repeated flashes could adversely affect the beautiful artwork. It was great to bring some of this art home in a picture.

So the next time you travel to New York City consider visiting this museum.
