Life coaching can help you follow your dreams and successfully fulfill your life's ambitions. Different from therapy in that in focuses on the present and future rather than the past, life coaching can assist in achieving a huge variety of goals including those that are both personal and professional.
Do you need help discovering your strengths and putting them to use in your career and in your daily life?
Are you looking for the best ways to make your retirement both happy and productive?
Do you hope to make a career change and wonder what new direction is best for you?
Have you ever wanted to start a business,
write a book,
find more time for your hobbies,
exercise more,
receive more support and encouragement while earning your Ph.d,
deal with attention difficulties that may be a result of ADD (or ADHD),
institute a successful diet plan,
better manage your stress, or achieve balance in your life between work, family and play?
Life coaching can help you with these goals and more. Picture of Ron

Ron Mitchell provides Life Coaching services to individuals who have plans for their life but just need a little help implementing them. Through years of experience and an eagerness to help others achieve some of the things he’s mastered, Ron provides support and encouragement throughout the process as well as the tools needed to turn those goals and dreams into reality.

Ron helps his clients examine internal or external challenges in order to get a better grasp of those things that need to be addressed and, through a series of discussions and assignments, Ron and the client work together to design the best way to move forward with the goals at hand.

Ron offers his coaching services over the telephone, making it especially easy to access and much more affordable then many in-person coaching services. If you wish to give Life Coaching a try (there’s no obligation to continue if you determine it’s not for you), please call the number listed below or use the contact form on this site to request your free introductory 45-minute session, giving you a head-start to achieving your dreams.

Many have already benefited from Ron’s coaching and offer kudos to him for his services:

§ A female Ph.D. candidate with ADD says: "Thanks for keeping me on task!"

§ Another student working on her doctoral degree told Ron that: "If it wasn't for the work we did together, I would have had to postpone my wedding!”

§ "Thank you for being positive when I wasn't,” noted another college student. "Your emphasis on bringing balance between work, life and school was helpful".

Coming Soon: Ron Mitchell will be starting a group for Ph.D. students who are working on completing their dissertation. The students in this group will receive encouraging support to help keep them in action mode. Another focus will be on keeping balance in life while completing the Ph.D. requirements. If you are unable to join this group at this time, look for others starting every few months.
