The Marcella Sembrich Opera Museum is a designated National Historic Register site which has been open summers since 1937. Open daily from mid June to mid September. This Lake George museum is the studio of an early 20th Century opera star. Her career spanned from 1877-1909. Here you will see a variety of items including opera costumes, some of her paintings, period furniture and more. There are tributes from Enrico Caruso, Puccini and Strauss.
