A photo tip from the photography coach, Ron Mitchell.
Here's a few tips for taking better landscape pictures :
(1) Utilize those times when there's that special light like early morning or late afternoon. Also, rainy days have great lighting but you have to keep the camera dry either by an umbrella or a 5 gallon bag.
(2) Use Rule of Thirds. See 6-2009 newsletter which explains this rule.
(3) Include some foreground in the photo to add depth to the image.
(4) Use framing. For example, take the shot of the scene with an over hanging branch to partially frame the picture.
